Well the fireworks display we saw on the 4th in the Badlands of SD sure didn't seem to be on any budget. They literally shot up a continues stream for around 30-40 minuets and they were big ones too, and the funny thing was the town that did them wasn't much bigger then Hopeland. I wonder if the town had much money left after that? ;)
